Citation Guidelines

Format (APA 7 adapted)

Author, A. A., Author, B. B., & Author, C. C. (Year). Title of the article [Language/modality version]. Journal Name, Volume, Article number. DOI

Articles → A-IDs (e.g., 5-3) 

Rules

• Each version (e.g., English, DGS, ASL, International Sign) is citable as a distinct publication

• The version must always be specified in brackets

• Article numbers (e.g., 5-3) replace page numbers

Format

Author, A. A. (Year). Title or description of the short contribution [Comment on Article X / Language/modality]. Journal Name, Volume, Short contribution Article number. DOI (if available)

Short Contributions → C-IDs (e.g., 5-3-C1) 

Required structure

Each short must have:

• Author name

• Year

• Reference to the original article

• Own article ID (e.g., 5-3-C1, 5-3-C2 …)

• Optional: modality label (e.g., [DGS], [Written German], [ASL])

Format:

Author, A. A. (Year). Title of the teaching unit [Teaching material, subject, level, language/modality]. Journal Name, Volume, Teaching material Article number. DOI (if available)

Teaching Materials → TM-IDs (e.g., TM-2-1) 

Required metadata:

Each teaching unit must include:

• Subject (e.g., mathematics, biology)

• Educational level (e.g., primary, secondary)

• Language/modality (DGS, ASL, written, etc.)
