Submission Overview
DeafJournal welcomes submissions that reflect the linguistic, cultural, and epistemic diversity of Deaf communities worldwide.
Submissions may be made in both signed (video-based) and written (text-based) formats. The journal publishes on an ongoing basis, and contributions are accepted throughout the year.
Submissions should be sent via email to:
contact@deafjournal.org
Please include all relevant materials (manuscript, video links, and supplementary files) in your submission.
Authors will receive a confirmation of receipt.
All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening to assess their relevance and basic quality.
Suitable submissions are then reviewed by at least one or two reviewers, depending on the format and scope of the contribution.
The review process may involve revisions in close dialogue with the author(s), reflecting the journal’s collaborative and participatory approach.
Final decisions are made by the Editors-in-Chief.
Authors retain copyright of their work.
