Language & Modalities

Submissions may be made:

• in national sign languages (submitted as video contributions)

• in national written languages

• as multimodal contributions combining video and text

Where appropriate and in consultation with the author(s), DeafJournal supports:

• translation of written texts into academic English

• translation or adaptation of sign language contributions into International Sign

All language and modality decisions are made collaboratively with the author(s).
